Casino Waste Shredders are available in 5, 20, and 45 horsepower models with single or dual cutting chambers. A split cutting chamber allows for two different shred widths within one shredder. They will shred casino chips, decks of playing cards, casino dice, poker chips, room keycards, and other small casino waste. 

Casino Waste Shredders are industrial dual-shaft shredders designed for this specific application. Everything from the cutter profile to the system layout is carefully considered to ensure you obtain the shred size and throughput you require. Precision clearance cutterheads are included for items that are thinner than the shred width to help prevent them from falling between the cutters intact. Casino waste shredders are manufactured in the U.S. and can be stationary or mounted in trucks for mobile shredding.

Casino Waste Shredders are known for low maintenance and minimal heat generation. This results in less downtime, noise, and dust emission than high-speed, low-torque two-shaft shredders. Casino Waste Shredders include false walls and seals to protect the bearings from contaminants. They can be ordered with infeed and output conveyors, box dumpers with safety cages, and enclosed stands.

Casino Waste Shredders are similar to our dual-shaft shredders designed for solid-state drive destruction. You need a minimum of 3 HP and must order the M.2-SSD cutterhead upgrade to purchase one shredder for dual purposes. They are available with 3, 5, 7.5, 10, 15, and 20 HP motors and are mounted on casters. The 3 horsepower model is shown above, on the left.
