Ameri-Shred offers complete service nationwide, and often internationally, on our industrial shredding & recycling equipment. We take immense pride in our after-sales support and are repeatedly told that we have a service department that is second to none.
We can often troubleshoot problems over the phone but service technicians are available when necessary. In addition to our staff, we have a nationwide base of third-party, authorized, service techs to provide local service whenever possible.
Ameri-Shred stocks an immense amount of parts so that we can ship upon request. We also offer automatic reorders for customers that historically need to replace consumables within a certain amount of time.
