MOBILE SHREDDING TRAILERS

Includes Custom Trailer
$95,000 – $125,000

Mobile Shredding Trailers are an economical solution for mobile document destruction. They are more fuel-efficient than a truck and often easier to maneuver in tight or low clearance spaces, as well as congested or residential areas. Mobile shredding trailers include a 7.5 HP conveyor-fed industrial paper shredder.

Mobile Shredding Trailers include a 3-phase diesel generator, with a fuel tank, that is mounted inside the trailer. An exterior fuel cap includes a fuel line to the generator’s fuel tank. Mobile shredding trailers include a cart tipper, which tips domestic and European 64-gallon carts onto a sorting/feed table next to the shredder. The shredded material is bagged in 40-gallon, heavy-duty clear bags.

Mobile Shredding Trailers can also be ordered with an auger to compact the material onto an offload conveyor. This helps to automate the unloading process and a partition wall is added to create a separate compartment for the shredded material.

Mobile Shredding Trailers consist of a custom manufactured US Cargo trailer that requires 20 – 24 weeks to manufacture. Our installation adds 4 weeks to the lead-time and takes place at our manufacturing facility in northern Michigan. Mobile shredding trailers have increased interior heights, reinforced axles, and a side ramp door. Installation includes an electrical panel, outlets, interior lighting, and ventilation.

“Our AMS-1000 industrial paper shredders have been workhorses. We run both of them all day long, five days a week. Ameri-Shred’s service department is outstanding & gives fast, responsive, service on parts. We don’t need parts often, but can’t afford any downtime.”
